Welcome to the wonderful world of crystals. My love for crystals has grown slowly, but picked up speed during 2020. What started as a small collection for personal use has evolved into a large ever increasing collection which I incorporate daily into many other healing treatments. Crystals are so versatile and exceptionally powerful. Each crystal has it's own vibrational energy which in turn harmonises with our energy field to bring peace and balance. Crystals have been around for centuries and used for many things including healing and telepathy. They have gained popularity over recent years as an energetic healing modality but they are also used in many different ways including playing a part in modern technology in computers, clocks and credit cards. How amazing is that ? Crystal healing works on many different levels : • Emotionally ~ clearing traumatic residual energy in the body • Mentally ~ reconfigures negative thought patterns • Physically ~ colds to cancer, back pain to broken bones • Spiritually ~ opens up our chakras (aka energy centres) Crystal healing can help you if you are feeling stuck, struggling to move on from events or situations that have left you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and run down. Heavy negativity like this results in having less energy and actually draws more of the same towards you. When we have all this negativity being held within the space of our body, it can often lead to depression, feeling uninspired, feelings of being out of control within yourself, angry, frustrated and down hearted. Your crystal healing session will include a discussion and full consultation on your life style, current / historical medical situation, your requirements for this session.  A diagnosis of your energy centres will be undertaken, crystals chosen for you personally taking into account the diagnostics.  A brain balance and full body healing with the crystals.  Gentle guided meditation and grounding will also be incorporated, possibly use of the Himalayan Singing Bowl and White Sage cleansing.  These sessions can also be undertaken remotely from the comfort of your own home, with the same powerful results.
